This is a mod of the game Galactic Empires: Universe made by Serge Zahniy
This current version adds a red theme to the UI and in later releases you will be able to choose between different colored themes with out having to install different version of the game.
Please Note: Not all themes have been finished yet and some colors still need adjustment!
